The Malone offices are located on the second floor of the historic First National Bank Building in downtown Trinidad. The staff of three legal assistants has over 38 years of legal experience in the Malone offices and each legal assistant is well qualified, mature, and capable.

The firm emphasizes real estate and property matters, probate, business, commercial and construction law, and injury cases involving serious injury to persons and property interests, and death. Mr. Malone represents clients in civil courts and has extensive trial experience.

Current clients include families, first-time home buyers, new and existing businesses, real estate developers, home owners' associations, real estate brokers, ranchers, contractors, and The First National Bank in Trinidad.

Mr. Malone is a member and former President of the Southern Colorado Bar Association. He has served as Vice President of the Colorado State Bar Association and as a member of the Executive Council, Board of Governors, and the local Judicial Nominating Commission. Mr. Malone is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. On the community level, Mr. Malone has twice served as President of the Trinidad - Las Animas County Chamber of Commerce, and has headed numerous private and community projects.
